Shipping Methods
STEPHZ LUXURY offers two main shipping options: Ground Shipping and FedEx Shipping.
A. Ground Shipping
• Available only for Nigeria and Ghana.
•Nigeria: $70 flat rate to any location.
•Ghana:
•Accra: $100 flat rate
•Other regions: $120 flat rate
•Delivery time may vary depending on location and local logistics conditions.
•STEPHZ LUXURY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local courier services.
B. FedEx Shipping (International)
• Available for all countries outside Nigeria and Ghana.
•Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
•Customers will see the FedEx rate at checkout or upon invoice.
•Estimated delivery times are provided by FedEx and may vary based on customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Procedures
1. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
4. STEPHZ LUXURY is not liable for delays caused by customs, import duties, or unforeseen shipping issues.
