Orders and Acceptance
1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. STEPHZ LUXURY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

•Suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transaction
2. Once an order is accepted, it constitutes a binding agreement between you (the customer) and STEPHZ LUXURY.
3. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
Payment
1. STEPHZ LUXURY accepts the following payment methods:
•PayPal (including PayPal Pay Later / Buy Now, Pay Later)
•Credit and debit cards via PayPal
•Flutterwave (for Nigerian payments in Naira)
2. Payments are processed securely. STEPHZ LUXURY is not responsible for technical issues occurring on third-party payment platforms.
3. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, such as currency conversion fees, may apply.
Shipping and Delivery
1. STEPHZ LUXURY ships worldwide using FedEx and ground shipping.
2. Ground Shipping:
•Nigeria: $70
•Accra, Ghana: $100
•Other regions in Ghana: $120
3. FedEx Shipping:
•Cost calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
•Shipping times vary depending on destination and FedEx service selected.
4. STEPHZ LUXURY is not responsible for customs, import duties, taxes, or delays imposed by destination countries.
5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
Returns and Refunds
1. All returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on location.
4. Refunds will be issued once STEPHZ LUXURY receives and inspects the returned item. Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
5. Eligible reasons for return or exchange:
•Wrong size shipped
•Incorrect item shipped
•Damaged item upon receipt
6. No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
